Welcome!
My name is Giulia Castleberg. I’m a process engineer with a passion for sustainable design innovation.
Over the past decade, my work has spanned:
Creating industrial processes for a 3D printing start-up at the advent of 3D printing
Saved a rubber hose LLC’s failing business operations in under 10 weeks with $3.2M+ cost savings via Lean Six Sigma sustainable process innovations.
Designed -full-scope- the world’s first non-profit solar panel manufacturing facility and business operations, supporting the win of a $3.1M grant award, in under 1 year.
Solo-redesigned and led a high-volume infrared sensor technology cleanroom to optimize processes across 5 different production lines; with est. $3M+ impact, in 16 weeks.
Built and scaled on a team of 2 a free, multi-national online climate-tech education & career development program scaling the launch of the carbon removal industry, with 3000+ professionals reached globally, and alumni impacting over $250M+ in the North American economy, alone.
Supported the business operations of various circular supply-chain, climate, mental health, and wellness programs and start-ups in multiple countries through operational and business excellence as community thought-leader, strategist, and consultant.
And much more!
Glad you’re here!
using engineering, data and design to craft future into form.
