I’ve spent the past 4(+) years deep-diving into studies of consciousness and the pain body (epigenetic & systemic trauma trapped in the body); how they respectively evolve, systemically propagate, and consequently impact human society and ecological healing, flourishing & resilience.

Motivation for this work arose from extreme experiences of crisis starting at a very young age, with no immediate or apparent cause for explanation- and no effective solutions. These experiences led to decades of experimenting and investigating psychological pain, emotional resilience, and physio-neurological self-regulation– studying, developing, and refining technical tools to support inner growth, and outer-world emergence as a self-healing leader in times of crisis.

When working in climate, academia, and wellness therapy alongside other industry leaders- I realized anxiety, burnout, panic, and manic/depression is predictably pervasive in all humans; and tragically obstacles productivity, wellbeing and growth– especially in areas where humans are transforming the status quo (like climate change, systemic in/justice, youth-advocacy, humanitarian relief efforts, and mental-health).

I wanted to understanding trauma and human conflict, so that I could return to these fields as an engineer and manager better equipped to support those building for a better human legacy and collective future.

What I’ve Found: To lead and heal comes from an inner-process of change and self-reconciliation. It is hard, and at times feels impossible- and there are simple, effective tools that help lead and heal oneself through all situations- regardless of external circumstances. That which brings ease is not always easy. If you are on this journey yourself, I salute you- keep going.

Self-sovereignty is a super power; a birthright for every human to safely inherit and embody from collective society; a right to discover, own and nurture a sacred identity within themselves. My job as a human on Earth is to work to ensure this right for all beings, across all roles I work and play in.

I intersect decades of experience working in industrial product design & manufacturing, process & systems engineering, art, dance, climate, yoga & wellness, data analytics, behavioral science, and global justice work to inform my understandings. I love to write and learn about value exchanges at all levels of life, including:

• material & immaterial (matter >< thoughts/emotions)

• organic & inorganic (nature >< man-made).

• artistic & scientific (right >< left brain)

• sensations & ideas (felt >< perceived)

I create at the cross-road, and resourcefully enjoy combining their strengths.

I also explore the role that play, collaboration, and emerging digital data, technologies, and trends have in effective storytelling and community building, and how they can be cleverly used to convey oftentimes sensitive, complex ideas and information.

Finally, I love to innovate engaging ways for people to experience the fullness of Life and dance within the evolving adventure of existing as a human on Earth. Both for fun, and professionally- I create games, tools, research experiments, and programs that help people help themselves.
